No. The AI Tools Orientation is built for everyday business users — people who work in finance, HR, operations, customer service, and similar roles. The guided exercises use scenarios from common Thai business contexts, so participants can connect the tools to their own work right away.

The engagement runs four to six weeks. Your team's core involvement centres on a series of process mapping workshops — usually two to three sessions in the first two weeks. After that, our consultants do most of the analysis work, returning for review meetings and to present the implementation plan.

The program concludes with a formal AI Governance Document — a structured policy that covers how your organisation adopts, oversees, and reviews AI tools. It includes accountability structures, data handling principles, and a framework your leadership team can adapt as circumstances evolve. You own the document entirely.

Yes, and many clients find that sequence helpful. The orientation gives staff a shared vocabulary and comfort with AI tools, which often makes the workflow redesign conversations more productive. That said, the programs are independent and can be taken separately.

We can accommodate either. On-site delivery at your Bangkok location is straightforward and often preferred for team-based programs.
