From Chiang Mai Curiosity to Bangkok Practice

Lanna Circuit began as a small project group in 2020, when a handful of operations consultants in Chiang Mai noticed that their clients kept asking the same question: "We keep hearing about AI — but where do we actually start?" The tools existed, but the guidance for non-technical Thai business teams did not.

By 2022, the team had developed a structured approach to AI orientation that emphasised hands-on exercises over theory, and practical process thinking over vendor pitches. The practice relocated to Bangkok's Thon Buri district to better serve the metropolitan business community.

Today, Lanna Circuit works with operations teams, department heads, and board members across manufacturing, professional services, retail, and logistics. Our programs range from two half-day workshops to three-month governance advisory engagements — always designed around the client's existing people and processes, not around selling particular tools.
