Siriporn Petcharat
Operations Manager · Textile logistics firm, Bangkok

We went into the AI Tools Orientation session with low expectations — I thought it would be too technical for our warehouse coordination team. It wasn't. The exercises were designed around exactly the kind of tasks our people do, and by the second session they were already trying things on their own. The reference guide has come up multiple times since.

Head of Finance · Mid-size property developer, Bangkok

The workflow redesign was more involved than I anticipated, but in a good way. The consultants were thorough — they mapped processes I had not thought about for years and found three places where AI tools could genuinely save time without introducing risks. The implementation plan they delivered was specific enough to actually use, rather than a generic framework.

I appreciated that Lanna Circuit came in with no agenda around particular tools. They assessed what we had, what we were doing, and suggested tools based on that — including some I had not heard of. The 60-day review was useful because by then we had actually tried to implement things and had specific questions, not just theoretical ones.

Board Director · Food manufacturing group, Bangkok

The Governance Advisory program was one of the more substantive investments our board has made in recent years. The sessions were well-structured, and the policy document our team produced with Lanna Circuit's guidance is something we can actually stand behind. It was reassuring to work with people who understood the PDPA context properly rather than adapting a foreign template.

We enrolled three departments in the orientation as a pilot before deciding how far to go. The feedback was consistently positive — people found it manageable and came away with tools they could use immediately. Some of the hesitation around AI in the office has definitely reduced. We are now planning the workflow redesign for our administrative function.

What I valued most was the pace. The consultants did not push us to move faster than our team was comfortable with. The process mapping phase took a bit longer than we originally expected, but the extra time meant the redesigned workflows actually reflected what we do — not what we said we did in an initial meeting. The final plan was very usable.

// challenge

Textile Logistics Firm, Bangkok

A mid-size logistics company managing freight coordination across three Bangkok warehouses was spending significant staff time on manual document preparation — customs forms, delivery confirmations, and supplier correspondence. Management wanted to explore AI tools but was uncertain whether non-technical warehouse staff could adopt them.

// solution

Lanna Circuit delivered the AI Tools Orientation program across two half-day sessions for a group of fourteen staff, using logistics-specific scenarios. The program covered document drafting assistants and communication tools most relevant to their workflow. Each participant received bilingual reference materials.

// results

At the 60-day review, operations staff reported regular use of document drafting tools for supplier correspondence and customs preparation. The team estimated a reduction of approximately two to three hours per week on routine documentation tasks across the department. No new software licenses were required.

Property Developer, Bangkok

A growing property development company with around eighty staff was managing project coordination across multiple teams using a mix of spreadsheets, LINE groups, and manual reporting. The finance director wanted to understand which parts of the administrative workflow could be meaningfully improved with AI tools before committing to any software investment.

// solution

The Workflow Redesign engagement began with process mapping workshops involving the finance and project coordination teams. Lanna Circuit identified four distinct workflow areas where AI tools could reduce manual effort, and produced redesigned process documentation and an implementation plan with phased steps and tool recommendations for each area.

// results

The company used the implementation plan to prioritise two workflow areas for immediate action and two for a later phase. At the 60-day review they reported that one area — project status reporting — had already been redesigned with AI assistance and was saving around four hours per week across the reporting team. The plan for the remaining areas was still on track.

Food Manufacturing Group, Bangkok

A family-owned food manufacturing business with board-level discussions beginning to include AI was aware that they lacked a clear framework for how to govern these initiatives. The board wanted guidance they could rely on — structured, PDPA-compliant, and applicable to a Thai manufacturing context rather than a generic international framework.

// solution

Lanna Circuit delivered the AI Leadership and Governance Advisory over three months, working directly with two board members and the company's legal and IT leads. Sessions covered AI ethics, data governance aligned to Thailand's PDPA, risk identification, and accountability structures. Policy drafting was completed during months two and three.

// results

The engagement produced a formal AI Governance Document — a twelve-page policy covering data handling, AI decision oversight, staff responsibility structures, and a review schedule. The board adopted the document at their January 2025 meeting. The company's legal team noted it was the first AI-specific policy the group had formalised.
